We developed MARC [marketing concierge] with one goal in mind: to provide high-quality, impactful marketing services - at an affordable rate - to C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS associates. Our program frees up our agents for their passion - serving the real estate needs of their clients.

MARC services are provided by the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS Marketing Department. Orders/service offerings are limited to licensed associates of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS.

External orders will not be fulfilled.
Services, prices and turnaround time are subject to change as the platform continues to adapt to the needs of our associates.

Swag Shop Orders: Orders will be processed within 2 business days and may be picked up from the Midtown Office front desk.
Please wait for an email letting you know the order has been processed and is ready for pick-up.

Design Services: Our delivery times for final designs depends on the scope of the project and your response to our communications.
We promise to send a design kick-off email to initiate the process with you within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your final design approval, the design files/deliverables will be sent via email promptly.
Rush projects (designs needed in less than 7 business days) will incur a rush fee of 25% of the project design cost.

Subscription Services: Subscription access will begin within the week the order is placed.
